It is said that only ~20 remain in the game, and that Entity has 5 of them. One Guardian-Vexor was destroyed in December 2012, one was sold in 2013 for 85 billion ISK, and another was destroyed in 2014. Because of their uncertain numbers and even more uncertain whereabouts, the only really "confirmed" Guardian-Vexors belong to collectors such as Entity.
In 2013, CCP attempted to distribute three Guardian-Vexors and two Gold Magnates through the third party lottery service SOMER Blink. Since the Ascension update in 2016 removed the ability for carriers to deploy regular drones, the Guardian-Vexor is the only ship in the game that can deploy more than 5 drones at once.
