A 1-run Enforcer BPC can be obtained as a recruiter benefit, for recruiting ten friends, via CCP's Recruit a Friend program
An Enforcer was issued to those who bought their Fanfest 2017 tickets before 2017/01/01.
A 1-run Enforcer BPC was a reward for reaching level 150 in Project Discovery: Exoplanets.
As the CONCORD Force Recon, the Enforcer possesses a balanced resist profile; coupled with its bonus to armor and shield reps as well as its bonus to EWAR range and warp speed, the Enforcer should perform as a potent cyno ship. However this is not the case, in part due to several problems with the ship: While all ships in the CONCORD tech tree have less raw HP than their counterparts, this flaw is particularly evident on the Enforcer (the Pacifier, as a frigate, is less affected by this inferiority, while the Marshal is barely affected at all). Even considering base resists, this Recon ship has less HP than the famously un-tanky Stabber; this combined with its relative rarity means that what could have been a powerful ship is instead underwhelming
The Enforcer is an expensive ship, costing around 400 million ISK assuming you don't build it yourself through Project Discovery. As such, it deserves a full tech 2 tank, and all the skills necessary to field the tech two variant of your chosen weapon type. Cloaking IV is also absolutely necessary to utilize the covert ops cloaking device. Cynosural Field Theory V is necessary to field the Covert cynosural field generator.
With its warp speed and active tank bonus, as well as its bonus to security status, the Enforcer is sometimes used as a very blingy ratting ship in null or highsec.
For those wishing to use the Enforcer in a more generic PVP setting, please refer to Recon Ships.
According to its description, the Enforcer is based on a hybridization of the Caldari State's Moa class cruiser and the Gallente Federation's Vexor class cruiser.
