The Erebus is the Gallente Titan. Considered an alternative to the Amarr Avatar as the alternate armor doctrine compliant Titan. The Erebus is popular due to its extreme long range with 1000mm railguns and its middle-of-the-road DPS. However, the Erebus is also by far the squishiest titan (see battle of M2-XFE), more so than the Ragnarok for the simple reason that it is an armor titan and not a shield titan. Most Erebus pilots will dual tank their ship, using its generous 6 mid slots to fit a token shield tank to increase the Erebus' abysmal EHP.
